Windows 10: Please someone help Update Orchastrator Service.

So basically for the past few days I have been trying to start my Update Orchastrator Service I'm gonna call it UOS for now. and it hasn't been starting. I've been getting error code 1053 and I tried to set ServicePipeTimeout to 240000 Ms Decimals but it didnt do anything I think and no matter what I read its not working. I ran the codes in administrator CMD that check for corrupt system files and it said there were some that windows couldn't repair and I had to repair them manually or something with some online thing. I don't know how to fix this and I really need to update my windows.

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
