Windows 10: Please suggest Wireless remote with settings interface.

I need a remote control for some specific functions (keyb shortcuts) of PC, not available in multimedia remote controllers with preset buttons.
Is there any remote with computer application capable to set functions and keyboard shortcuts?

There are required actually 5-6 buttons, so I am looking for something cheaper and more basic then Logitech Harmony.
(My guess is that Harmony support this function)

Any ideas?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Wireless Network

Thanks for trying the steps again. It's now clear that the problem is on your router. To reconnect your laptop to the network, we suggest that you set or specify the channel of your wireless network. If you can access your router's user interface, set the
channel to either channel 1, 6, or 11. Once done, remove your WiFi network from your preferred network list, then reconnect.
