Windows 10: Please tell me how to disable popups over the settings

I know this is 100% the wrong place to ask this, but I am entirely at the end of my rope. Whenever I play audio from my specified browser Opera GX, and when I click on the setting to change the audio, brightness, or connect to a different wireless, a popup appears that shows where the audio is coming from, what's playing, and who it's by. I want to disable this, mainly to protect my privacy when changing my settings aside from using hotkeys, but every time I search for it, I get something completely different. Using adblocker is the simplest way but if the site urges to disable the adblocker, then I block the popups
