Windows 10: Please tell me how to go back.

So much frustration and time wasted on this new update. Its been about a month. There is nothing I like about it, I stopped using this computer because its a battle to accomplish anything I once knew how to do. Everything that was pinned is not pinned anymore, is it the task bar at the bottom of the page? My entire desktop is rearranged. I had Edge and OneDrive turned off, now they are back and wanting to take over, I do not use them and I do not want use them. The window icon in the bottom right corner doesn't bring me where I need, file explorer worked fine. For years I have used an LG wide

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
