Pen behavior in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update

For those who would like to have the option to disable pen scrolling, please click the link below and upvote this issue on Windows Feedback Hub.

- After clicking the link, Launch Applications will popup.

- Make sure Feedback Hub is selected and click on "Open Link"

I have seen this post on other forums and get replies how to do it. IMO, there are more important things to upvote than this as solution is pretty simple, and can be avoided at installation.
