Windows 10: Please wait while we install system update

Hey why when I start the computer everything opens and then when two minutes pass and it boots up, then then it does not open applications on the desktop or when I try to open Explorer Where are the Disks and all files then it takes a long time to load and sometimes when I open something through 'Run' then I have an error. And also I have an error with updating Windows, well, 'please wait while we install a system update' And I need to turn off the laptop once or twice to open it. Please help.

In order to assist you further with the issue could you please confirm a couple of things:

• What do you mean by the statement updates are waiting to occur?
• Aren't you able to see the downloads/updates?
• Isn't the updates getting installed on your computer?

Nevertheless, I suggest you to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and check if these helps.
Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type ‘Troubleshooting’, and press
  enter.
• Click on ‘System and Security' and select
  ‘Windows Update' then click on next to run the troubleshooter.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

Thank you for responding.

Step 1: As you are using Wi-Fi connection, do let us know if you have turned on metered connection.

Steps to Turn off metered Wi-Fi network connection:

• Click on Start > Settings > Network & Internet.
• Select WiFi > Advanced options > Set as metered connection.
• Turn off the option and check if you are able to install the updates.

Step 2: I suggest you to disable/ uninstall the anti-virus software installed on your device and check for the updates.

Step 3: If not yet tried,
I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check
for the updates.

Windows Update Troubleshooter resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

Steps:

• Press Windows key and type
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Windows Update to run theWindows Update Troubleshooter
  and follow the on-screen instructions.
