Windows 10: Plenty of random BSOD messages, random reboots. Why, what and why?

Hi all, For the past year, my computer has been misbehaving. It will randomly reboot, and just restart. Or i'll get a random blue screen message and i've had many.Over time, this has just got harder and harder to avoid as the frequency has just kept getting worse.I do frequently play a lot of games on my computer, and whats weird, is it would never really reboot or blue screen whilst playing games.Last summer i replaced the motherboard, and last christmas i replaced the ram both didn't fix the issue and never cropped up with any errors.I've done plenty of windows wipes, and most recently d

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

We need to gather more information for us to better assist you on your random reboot concern. Kindly answer the following:

• When did the random reboot issue start?
• Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
• Are you encountering a blue screen error when your computer suddenly reboots? If so, what is the error message that you're getting?

How do I explain what steps I took... I ran dm_log_collector.exe but not sure how results were actually acquired/interpreted.

I need to be able to explain steps I took and steps taken to reproduce.
