    1. If you are in a live chat, I suggest that you avoid switching windows, as this may close the live chat window.

    3. Always ask for a reconnection link and save it at the beginning of the chat just in case you accidentally close the chat window.

    4. Respond promptly to the support agent's messages. This shows that you are engaged and actively participating in the conversation.
