Windows 10: pls help me my software is broken!

i got this issue for long long time, always when im listining or playing the sound broken, its just come from my right ear the left ear dosent produce sound, i always fix iy by switch it to stereo then turn it back to 5.1 from control panel/sound but i have enough of this, i want to fix it please help me
