    PLS HELP URGENTLY! HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PROJECTS ON THE LINE!


    I have been able to login to my original Windows user account, ever since I got this laptop, for the past year with no problems.I always use the Username and Password setup. I know both of them very well.Yesterday, I created another user account. Ever since then, I have been trying to sign in to my original user account, and it doesn't show up with the usual Username and Password. Instead, there are 2 completely different methods of logging in. I can either enter through1. email and passwordor2. Username and PIN.The only problem is that I never set up a PIN and I don't have an email with that
