    Pls help why my cpu is like that again?


    So idk why still staying to force 100%as my power plan is balanced, also I'm still power saver user also I'm minimizing power plan cpu usage to only 61%so if I switch to balanced, the cpu is 100% which can overheat my pc. Idk why my laptop still high cpu usage.

    Help pls .. Unknown.exe high CPU usage


    Ok so I am new here and really need some help

    So from yesterday I have been getting this unknown process in task manager, its an application (.exe).
    It has very high cpu usage making my computer really slow.

    I tried ending process from task manager but it will just pop up again.

    Well when I disconnect internet and than end process it works but again when its connected to internet 'unknown' appears.

    I tried cc cleaner, microsoft safety scanner, full scan but nothing.

    If someone can help me much appreciated. and sorry for my bad english typing.

    sorry, please also find task manager screenshots. couldnt capture the whole list (there are so many processes running!) so i caught what i could, ordered by cpu and memory usage. thanks!
