    the problem reoccured again im not able to reply on my pervious question the problem dxgkrnl fatal error occured 4-5 times again and now it working but it reoccured and im not able to upload dump file on google drive it is shwoing unreadable

    MisterEd, It looks like I will have to reinstall the OS. I did what you told me about some of the other fixes, but they didn't help. And besides, I don't know how many years I have gone without reinstalling Windows. It's been a long time. I could live with it the way it is, but I believe one of these days I'll just plan on reinstalling Windows and that should fix my problems and be done with it. Thanks for all the help with this.     How do I stop Windows 10 Start menu from automatically displaying every time I log into Windows?

    Thanks for the suggestion. However the laptop is not in tablet mode.
