Windows 10: Plug&Play seems to not work properly, does it?

I use some business tablet for win 10. I need to use hub because it has only one normal USB slot and2 of those godawfull USB type C's. The hub tends to often disconnect for a moment when I adjust postion of the tablet. It weren't big of an issue for like 6 months untill now.

If I disconnect something and try to reconnect it no matter if it's mouse or keyboard or if I use normal USB slot or type C one it will get the electricity to light up keys for keyboards or make the laser work for mouse but I can't move cursor or click with mouse or type with keyboard untill I restart the system.

Anyone knows what would be the cause I haven't installed anything. I suspect it happened after one of windows updates.

My plug and play is still on running after 2.5 Hours

I would suggest you to stop the plug and play service and again start the service and check the status of this issue. Follow the steps below to stop the Plug and Play service.

• 
  Press Windows Key + R key
  
• 
  Type “Services.msc” and press Enter
  
• 
  Right click on Plug and Play and click on stop
  
• 
  Again start the service.

Whenever i plug earphone during a call, its not working, after that as i cut the call n plug it again, then it works perfectly, then i can use it during call n also listen music

• Switch your phone off and on. After this operation, you may need to re-adjust the volume.
• Check that your compatible wired headset is properly plugged into your phone.
• Connect your headset to another phone to check if the issue is with the headset or the phone.
