    Plugged out and in both of my monitors and now my second monitor isn't being detected


    I plugged out my pc to clean the inside with compressed air was careful not to touch anything, only touched the top of the GPU to scrape off the dust and was very gentle, then plugged everything back in. It works fine, other than the fact that my second monitor now isn't being detected and I don't understand why. It was working fine before I plugged it out.Apologizes if I misuse a term, I am not very knowledgeable in computers.Windows 10, I have an RTX 3060 and a Ryzen 5 5600x. Both monitors are hdmi. I plugged everything in and out twice and it is still not working.Thanks

    windows 11 cannot detect my second monitor

    Windows 11 cannot detect my second monitor. Help. I did all the suggested troubleshooting steps but nothing seems to work.

    Windows 10 detecting primary monitor only when second monitor unplugged

    Whenever i plug in my second monitor it only detects the second monitor despite my primary monitor being plugged in, if i then unplug my second monitor it detects both monitors despite only having the primary one plugged in, any idea what is happening?

    May we know if you've already tried the suggestion provided by Robert Aldwinckle on forums on this

    If Windows can't detect your second monitor, it's usually a driver problem. It could be due to your video driver being outdated, incorrect or faulty. It's also possible that your monitor driver is causing the problem.

    Since the issue occurred after the latest update, it's possible that the video or monitor drivers require an update. Try looking for the updated version of the drivers on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

    If the issue persists, try to roll back the drivers to the last good configuration. To do that, you may follow these steps:

    • Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
    • Right-click your device driver, select Properties, and browse to the
      Driver tab.
    • Press the Roll Back Driver option if available, and Windows 10 will begin the process.
