Windows 10: Plz. How to unlock administrator code when PIN is compromised

Got scammed and the guy wanted more money. I argued a little bit and 2 days later I'm checking email and the security starts dropping, then passwords then Google accounts and all of social media. I have and had then. Aura security and nortons lifelong and 360bl with 2 VPNs and it was if they had the key to my door and walked right in and took what they wanted. It's still going on. 2 weeks at this and I have had to fight them 8 times with no defenses other than app switches and cool looking scans. Not that they did anything good. Getting help and understanding for this is the worst part. Hop

How secure using a 6 digit PIN code to unlock local windows 10 pc?

I've been using a complex password 20 characters long including uppercase, lowercase, digit and special character instead of a PIN code to unlock my local account pc but these days it's become a pain to type it every time actually.

My questions:

• Should I use a 6-digit PIN code to unlock my local account pc?
  
• Would it be as secure as my complex password?
  
• And I wonder if someone stole my pc, would it be easy to break my PIN code?
  
• Does Windows 10 permanently lock my pc?
  
• if someone tries to guess my PIN many times?
  

What do you guys think? I want to easily unlock my pc but security is my top priority.

thread on deleting the NGC folder using an administrator account and see if you'll be able to set up a pin afterwards.

Forgotten PIN and expired password

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
