    Hello,

    Been having the issue of pointer lag and more recently scroll wheel lag for the last few weeks, I have had Windows 10 ever since the free upgrade was available, (sometime in August) and this never happened to me before. I have done several computer upgrades since then but the most recent one well predates when this began. I've gone through at least 4 mouses since this started, updated windows, tried 4-6 different solutions found online since this has begun to no avail.

    Any good help is appreciated, as it stands I can't do anything with my computer because it stresses me out too much to deal with it.

    Changing colour of scroll bar in Windows 10?

    Hello ElPoonPoon,

    The way that I generally scroll windows in Windows is to have the mouse pointer within an active window and then use the mouse wheel to scroll, I then rarely even have to pay attention to the scroll bar at all. However some apps do require the mouse pointer
    to be resting within the scroll bar area to use the mouse wheel to scroll. Some apps also allow left and right scrolling when resting the mouse pointer within the horizontal scroll bar area, when present, using the mouse scroll wheel.

    I hope this helps you to some degree as the color cannot be changed at this time.
