    Pointer turns to a hand and stays black. How can I change it?


    I know how to make changes to my pointer. I have two laptops which differ in what happens with the pointer. When the pointer chosen to be black and medium-sized turns to a hand, one laptop #1 shows a clear/white hand while the other #2 laptop keeps it black. There is a separation between the pointer color and hand color on laptop 1 while laptop 2 does not separate out the two. Is there no way to change the hand to white keeping the pointer black? This change I am seeing is new when to a laptop for which I had to do a clean install.
