Windows 10: Polytonic Greek

    Polytonic Greek


    I have added the Greek polytonic keyboard but I cannot seem to get certain characters. I want to be able to add a breathing mark and accent to an individual letter, combining ά and ἀ. Looking at the onscreen keyboard, I can see it is possible to combine some breathing marks with accent marks, for example ἔ (though when I try alpha I just get ῞α). Essentially, I just cannot seem to get the full range of diacritics that I need to type Greek. Is there another keyboard or font I could install that would be more functional?

    polytonic greek in windows 10

    A Greek language pack including polytonic Greek would be helpful. Meanwhile, I have Windows 7 on another machine, with polytonic Greek. Are there any files I can copy to Windows 10 as a work-around until language pack with polytonic Greek is available?

    Is there a Greek polytonic keyboard on Windows 10? My language choice shows only modern (non-polytonic) Greek.
