Windows 10: помогите исправить запуск програми roblox

у меня раньше все запускалось и в один раз я схотел сиграть в етот роблокс но он у меня никак не запускался а процес просто весит в диспетчере задач и ничево не приосходит также у меня бил софт bloxstrap но я не могу ево удалить так как програма открита и в процесах етот софт тоже не видно помогите пожалуйста если так то я могу перейти на windows 11 или же оставить так как и било
