Windows 10: Pop Up After Booting

When I boot my computer, at start up, there is a pop up asking to select an application to run software before I click on any application after signing in. It happens on each boot. It looks like it's trying to run a C++ or VCPP file... How do I stop this application from popping up when I boot? When I select notepad as the application to run the software, it opens up this block of text:[3434:3D74][2022-12-15T11:40:48]i001: Burn v3.10.4.4718, Windows v10.0 Build 19044: Service Pack 0, path: C:\WINDOWS\Temp\{DDF7C724-36EE-418C-94CE-6AADA6C7778D}\.cr\VC_redist.x64.exe[3434:3D74][2022-12-15T

Please suggest me a link that can explain the boot process step by step of ...

• Windows 7,
• Windows 8.1,
• Windows 10,
• Windows Server 2008 R2 and

Set Boot up first to the drive with hiren bootcd 10.4

then the list (step by step)

USB Drivers....
Load USB Drivers with no386.....

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
