Windows 10: Pop-up displaying my inactive files keeps appearing, effectively blocking me from using my...

So, for some context, ever since I unfortunately dropped my keyboard and broke an entire key more specifically, the D key, my mouse became unusable when this annoying pop-up would appear. I thought that this could've been caused by a sticky key from my keyboard, so I eliminated the keyboard from my linked devices multiple times, and even tried using only the pre-built one from my laptop, but nothing changed. The pop-up still appeared, however it was much easier to avoid it using the touch-pad. So, what should I do? For context, that's what it looks like when it keeps appearing.

Hi,

Pop-up blocker helps user to prevent pop-ups from displaying in a user's Web browser.

Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Internet Explorer:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Open the gear icon at the upper right of the Internet Explorer.
• Select Internet Options.
• Under Privacy tab, put a check mark on Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
• Click OK.

Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Microsoft Edge:

• Open Microsoft Edge.
• Open More (icon with three dots) and select Settings.
  
• Click View advanced settings.
• Turn Block pop-ups to On.
