Windows 10: Pop up lunacy

How to move the pop up notification location.Whenever I am using the hidden icons to open or work on a program a crazy pop up blocks my ability to see or work with my apps and seems to stay there forever until I let it drop and start again! Just so annoying and ludicrous.I should be able to move it elsewhere, maybe the center of the used space or have them drop down from the top of the screen all alone and irritation free.If anyone knows how to move this I'd be very happy.

annoying desktop pop ups

Pop ups can be distracting for some, and depending on your reference, you can disable the desktop pop ups by following these steps:

• Click Start or the Windows logo and go to Settings (gear icon).
• Go to System and choose Notification & actions.
• Under Notifications, turn off Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows or whatever you want to turn off.
• Close the window and it will automatically save the changes.
