Windows 10: Pop up message keeps popping up with no apparent way to switch off

I am having a problem with pop up messages that keep coming on and then disappearing on my desktop. I am using Windows 11 Pro. This hasa been going on for months. It is usually a "boot up screen on/off" pop up that appears in the center of my screen or one about contrast settings and brightness etc that pop up on the lower right of my screen. These are infuriating. There is no way to hover over these messages either to switch anything on or off.I can't paste my screen shot because I keep getting an error otherwise I would show you the message.The message I am getting is "Boot up scr

I have a Dell Windows 10 laptop computer.

Lately, when I start my computer, the error message below keeps popping up.

Server not yet valid keeps popping up

i keep getting the message for several sites and its getting annoying. im using FF portable










they just keep popping up for websites i also dont understand why the paypal one pops up when i get on HWbot?

• Does it happens with any specific website?

To enable and disable the popup blocker, follow these steps:

• Click the "..." button in the upper right-hand corner to access the Microsoft Edge menu.
• Select Settings.
• Click on View Advanced settings.
• Block up Pop ups. From here you can turn off or on the pop up blocker.
