Windows 10: Pop up, saying Microsoft lock the computer

I got the pop-up that looks like a scam that Microsoft locked my computer. I shut it down and restarted it. It came back. Should I keep it turned off longer? How do I fix it if the pop-up still there

  If you don’t want then you will be able to turn on/off.

I can no longer lock the computer by saying "Cortana, lock my computer"

I don't have much in the way of an explanation, but after some experimenting I discovered it might be the phrase.

• I tried "Lock the computer" and the first time it thought I wanted to open Computer Management program (the MMC tool). I don't know if it misheard me, I didn't look at the text popping up as I spoke.
  
• I tried a second time "lock the computer" and it did a definition search from a dictionary. Ugh.
  
• On the third try I said "lock my PC" instead, and it worked. Yay.
  
• I tried "lock the PC" and it again gave some definition.

But after additional trying it, it seems lock my pc works reliably, but other phrases that seem just as fine do not.
