Windows 10: pop up/sub window of main window of program off screen and cannot be pulled back to primary...

I am using a design software for truss building Alpine. When using the program there is a main window i model through which much of the functionality is interfaced through. But there are sub windows and pop ups that come up as the program is used for things like warnings, confirmations, etc that require interaction with. I generally use a second monitor for the design work. After disconnecting the monitor when I travel for work, many windows obviously are off screen. There is no problem pulling the "Main window" back onto my primary screen. But its these pop ups and sub windows

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
