Windows 10: pop up text

On my laptop when I hover over items in the start menu like shutdown the text "Close all apps and turns off PC" pops up and make it hard to actually click shutdown. This does not happen on my desktop machine. How do I turn this feature off? I have go into the settings > system > Notifications & Actions and unchecked the "Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use windows." but it still does it.


Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. It is very annoying.

Size of TEXT on the Desktops. NOT size of icons) but size of TEXT TEXT TEXT

Please follow below steps to change the size of text:

• In the search bar, look for Display settings, then click it.
• A pop up will appear showing the Display settings.
• Click on the scale to change the size of text, apps and other items.

To enable text suggestion on your Lumia 640, you may follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings under your App list.

2. Search for Keyboard.

3. Tap the keyboard you're using to make changes.

4. Check the checkbox for "Suggest text".
