Windows 10: Pop up window after start up: ERROR WINDOWS CANNOT FIND PROGRAM

After using the System restore to resolve a Malware problem, everything was good except that this window keeps popping up every time I start up. Need help, it is annoying and for sure there is something wrong that can be fixed. Appreciate replies. HELP

after system restore, windows xp cannot execute firefox

If I load Firefox, I can see the process popping up then disappear. I cannot load any html files on my desktop because an error pops up saying "Windows cannot find (directory name)". After a reinstallation of Firefox and putting it in a different folder name, Firefox behaves normally. Anyone knows what's wrong? Thanks.

 

3 Sysmenu.dl errors pop up shortly after start up.

Shortly (within 5 minutes), after I boot up into Windows 10, 3 sysmenu.dll Errors pop up. I've tried all the ways I've seen suggested, those being doing a clean start up, They still pop up about 2 mins
after startup, going into my CMD and doing a SFC scan as well as to uninstall all the applications I do not need and have recently installed. I've also just run a DISM scan thing from my admin cmd and gone into Autoruns and deleted all yellow tabs i could
find. None of this seems to help. Any suggestions? I didn't wait for an upgrade I used this upgrade tool. Download Windows 10
