Windows 10: Pop up window message in Windows 10 to Shutdown or restart windows

Discus and support Pop up window message in Windows 10 to Shutdown or restart windows in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; [ATTACH] Can anyone tell me how to stop this window from popping up?     Can anyone tell me how to stop this window from popping up? I have tried adjusting the power options, we've adjusted our group policy at work to see if that was the problem, I've re-imaged a couple of the computers, and nothing is working. Also, when this message comes up, all of the desktop icons disappear and the screen goes black. This will just randomly happen. At least 5 of my users have had this happen but the others aren't having this problem.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    windows xp sp2 will not shutdown or restart

    i guess nobody has had this problem or knows what to do lol. crap i'm screwed, just reinstalled windows and not only does it hang during shutdown from desktop, it hangs during the restarts while it's installing windows. somebody please help me
