Windows 10: pop up window>what to do

Hello.When connect via usb a new device to my laptop appears a pop up window about what want to do.Nothing/transfer files e.t.cHow to access to this setting?If for example choose>nothing how can change this to the next connection?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
