Windows 10: Pop-Up Windows

I'm running Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, version 18363.1139. I have recently started getting unending popup windows. Anytime I try to go to a website it puts me in a new popup window rather than the one I am trying to open. I have my tracking prevention set to "Balanced" and have blocked Popups and Redirects under Site Permissions. I'm running Bitdefender and do scans every day. This has just started in the past couple of weeks. What else can I try? Would Chrome be a better browser than Edge to reduce popup windows? If it's a virus, Bitdefender has not removed it. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Pop-ups or pop-up ads are online advertisement that opens a new browser window when clicked or when the website was accessed. For now, the feature of blocking pop-ups or pop-up ads is available for browsers installed on PC's or desktops.

We request that you file this or up-vote an existing feature suggestion using the Windows Feedback Hub app. To submit a new feedback/suggestion, you can follow the steps provided below:
