Windows 10: POP up

    I guess this is popups but I have win 10 and yahoo as my search engine but every once in awhile I get a popup that ads for windows 10 drivers and I get another that locks up the computer that is from socalled auth. mircosoft support and to get it off I have to logout and restart by ctrl alt delete to get it off. I have checked everything I know to do

    Pop-up ads for pop-up blockers

    I have Windows 10 and everytime I try to get on E-bay or any other sight. I can go to the websight but I can navigate on it. A pop-up blocker always comes up and starts taking me to sites to buy blockers. I need to know if its possible to stop this from
    happening. Thanks.

    POP up

    You probably have a cookie that doesn't wish to be removed easily. You can try SuperAntiSpyware to see if it finds it and removes it.
