Windows 10: Poping annoucement of Delight in Ebay and Amazon

Hello. How can I delete this continues announcements that covers a 1/3 of the page.?

:)

 

IE11 and amazon

When I try to access Amazon I get 'This page can't be displayed'. Ebay also only displays as a basic list menu

Please could you help

 

black screen on ebay and amazon apps

New windows phone 940 and an odd problem with some apps like amazon and eBay. Sometimes the app will work, but most often the search screen come back as completely black. Have tried to reload the app, same result.

 

No response when trying to sign-in to Ebay

I suggest you to recheck your log in credentials and try log in again.

As a work around, I suggest you to check with eBay customer support and see if it helps.
