Windows 10: Popping and "tearing" in audio during various things

Winversion is 1909 build 18363.900

I recently rebuilt my pc entirely and the specs are updated on my profile "system 2".

I have noticed since I got a pair of headphones that go directly into the 8mm jack on my motherboard, that I get popping just doing normal things. Watching youtube, playing games, listening to music, just normal activities and it pops randomly throughout. Previously I was using a pair of Razer kraken Chroma 7.1's that plug into usb only. I now have a pair of sennheiser's.

I tried googling this and following the instructions to lower the bit rate to cd, and turning of application control, and checking power settings (which i dont think apply to desktop? but i did it anyway), and some other things and nothing is working.

I downloaded this app called LatencyMon and it saying that I have some problems with my system but I honestly have no idea what im looking at. I dont even know which screen would be helpful or if its helpful at all!?

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Audio popping

must be a power issue, id suggest maybe googling it with your specific hardware even
