Windows 10: Popup ads

Discus and support Popup ads in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; How in the world do you stop these pesky ads?     How in the world do you stop these pesky ads? I have gone through all the settings, but there is nothing for that issue. So frustrated.
