Windows 10: popup netsupport Your demonstration period has expired 01-Jan-2022"

i do not have netsupport anywhere ran sfc and DISM scans looked everywhere for a file named netsupport buy cannot find anything. every time i restart this popup appears, driving me nuts

Initially I recommend that you check if you can find the application in Applications and features;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Click Apps & Features;

Check if you can find the netsupport app in the list;

If found, uninstall it;

If you still can't find the app, use Revo Uninstaller to try to remove the app:

NetSupport Alert

On startup of Windows 10 an alert pops up. "NetSupport' is in the upper LH corner of the alert window. The text of the alert is "Cannot read file C:\Users\slaph\AppData\Roaming\4Yc1Tiqd\cclient32.ini(80). Please check this file exists and is valid." How can I determine the source of this alert? There is no App called NetSupport in the Apps and features using Settings. If anyone knows what this "NetSupport" is and how to get rid of it, please let me know. I contacted ESET a security service and they ran a remote scan on my computer and found nothing.
