Windows 10: Popup window every 30mins - minimises all programs

Hi, I have a program popup showing on my pc exactly every 30 minutes. Exactly 0:13 of every hour and 0:43 of every hour. Every time this happens, the popup shows and disappears very fast and as far as I can see, there is no task in event viewer nor is there a name when the popup showstitle of popup. If anyone could help? The popup window also minimises all fullscreen applications and takes my mouse/keyboard off whichever program I was intending to use. Please note that I use norton antivirus and have a powerful pc running windows 11.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware
