Popups with random text appear when logging in to Microsoft apps

This morning I tried to log into my Microsoft account and got a "Too many attempts" message before I had even tried once. A small popup window appeared and as I typed, random characters or actual words appeared in the window.

A while later, the same thing happened when I tried to enter a password protected Excel spreadsheet. Here's a screenshot of what the box looks like.

I ran both Malwarebytes and Norton Security Suite and neither found any problems.

This really has me concerned. The problem started right after a Windows 10 update.

    :)

  2. Random Popups Windows 10

    Hi Microsoft,

As the title suggested, I am currently encountering the issue where random popups occurred. It would seems like it was a command prompt and it randomly appeared and closes immediately. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

    Thank you.

No text on Apple TechPowerUp app

@robert3892 I just tried to install the app and I got a popup launching the app saying that the developer needs to look at the compatibility of the app and it will slow down performance.

I can see the review text for a sec or two doing loading of the review and then it disappears so I guess there is a update needing to get this app to work on iOS 10.1.1
