Windows 10: Pornographic spyware?

Have been getting notices that "...pornographic spyware is sending my financial information ..ect,."

I get out of it by using task manager.

I have scanned with McAffey and with Malwarebytes but find nothing.

Does anyone know, if this is a program embedded on my machine or a dynamic program not being caught by my firewall?

That's a fake alert/warning pop up, usually with a phone number to call. It's a so called Tech Support Scam.

It does not necessarily mean that your computer is infected and those pop ups are in general easy to close.

What really helps is the use of a good browser together with a good advertisment etc blocker and a good Anti-Virus program.

Personally I use Firefox, uBlock Origin, Emsisoft Anti-Malware.
