Windows 10: Port 3306 is closed

I checked my 3306 status at https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and it shows Port 3306 is closed on xx.xx.xx.xx.And telnet xx.xx.xx.xx 3306 on another computer cmd also shows "Could not open connection to the host, on port 3366: Connect failed"But I have set it up according to the process of this article, but I still can't connect remotely. https://www.softwaretestinghelp.com/how-to-open-ports/But I tested another port and it can connect smoothly.I have also closed the firewall and carried out netstat -ano findStr "3306" TCP 0.0.0.0:3306 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 3556 tasklist /fi "pid

Try connecting the phone to the system with the different USB port and check.

If you have installed any Nokia software in the system then, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall to the latest version of the Nokia software

USB Port Oddities


Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:





Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :





The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :





Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:





Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.
