Windows 10: Port is being blocked

Discus and support Port is being blocked in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; For context I have used the port in the past on different computers just fine, I have port forwarded in the past with no issue.     For context I have used the port in the past on different computers just fine, I have port forwarded in the past with no issue. For some odd reason yesterday my port 25565 was being blocked for no reason, I ended up having the reset my router (ISP instructions) and my Netgear NX6200 Extender. I have made a static IPV4, I have forwarded on port 25565. I checked in CMD to see if they IPV4 matched (It did), and I made a inbound rule for the port on both TCP and UDP. I cannot think of a single other thing that would be blocking this port, but It is being blocked. If anyone knows how to deal with this issue please let me know.

    System process blocks Port 80

    You clearly don't understand the problem here. But I was able to solve it by doing the following:

    • Activate IIS
    • In Services disable the IIS service
    • Reboot
    • Port 80 is no longer blocked by the System process

    Blocked Ports in Firewall but TCPView says they're still in use.


    So a program that is set by the access list of the Firewall to 'allowed' overrides specifically blocked ports?

    Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:

    Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :

    The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :

    Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:

    Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.

    I hope this is detailed enough...
