Windows 10: Port power problem.

when i plug my mouse and keyboard to my laptop they both get power but when i move my mouse then the keyboard stops working that is the power to keyboard stops flowing and when i leave my mouse idle the keyboard then gets the power.My laptop model is 15-ac122TUI face this problem when i use both keyboard and mouse in the 2.0 portim not using usb hub.My mouse dosent support the 3.0 port so i plug it in 2.0, my keyboard support both 2.0 and 3.0 ports.When i plug my mouse in 2.0 and keyboard in 3.0 i dont face any problem but i want to use both in 2.0i have two 2.0 ports and one 3.0 port.i ha

Yeah Mussels, I do have the right port configured. 27015 was the suggested port. My IP address is also static.
