Windows 10: Portable monitor multi-touch not working on startup Windows 11

Hi, I recently purchased a portable monitor with multi-touch Visual Beat 15.6 from Amazon. I connect it to my windows 11 computer via a USB-C cable. The video works perfectly. The touchscreen is recognized by windows as a mouse running windows default driver. On every startup, the portable monitor will be recognized as a mouse i.e. multi-touch does not work. Moving my figure on the screen will bring the mouse pointer to my finger and moves with it. I can fix the issue by going into device manager > HID-compliant touch screen > disable / enable as suggested here: Enable and disable yo

Multi USB touch monitor wrong cursor

I have two USB touch monitor (As Primary HDMI and Secondary VGA);
As every time reboot, then secondary monitor touch will be wrongly go through to at the same to primary monitor display,

The main problem is after reset the tablet PC touch from control panel is work but reboot again likely loose the setting. Does any have other suggestion for solve the problem?

touch monitor not working

1. monitor:
   • Panasonic touch-screen monitor.(interactive white board)
   • connected with pc running on windows 7 proffessional.
   • upon turning on it says "touch screen detected" and "touch control transferred to local device."
2. PROBLEM :
   • Touch screen is not present under Device manager>HID.
   • Device manager > monitor shows "generic non-pnp monitor".
   • Pen-and touch settings are missing from control panel.
   • even though monitor supports the touch screen windows says "pen or touch input is not available for this display. "

 

Touch Screen as a Second Monitor Not Working in Windows 11

I just recently added a touch screen monitor to my desktop in Windows 11 alongside my two other monitors. The touch is not working on this monitor. I have tried everything I could find online, but the touch will not work. Are there any drivers that I can install to get this monitor working? I can't even downgrade to windows 10 anymore, so this monitor is completely useless.
