    portal error in Chrome. trying to access...

    Server Error in '/Portal' Application.Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely for security reasons. It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

    <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --><configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="Off"/> </system.web></configuration>

    Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

    <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --><configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/> </system.web></configuration>

    :)

    Hardware access error, when trying to make video calls in Google Chrome

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    Congratulations on your new laptop, I appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

    I understand that you are receiving a hardware access error when trying to use camera in Google Chrome. I’ll certainly help you with this issue.

    I would suggest you to try providing permissions to camera from Google Chrome and see if that helps. To do this, refer the Google article on

    Use your camera & microphone
    .

    Upon researching further, I found that Google Chrome was detecting two camera devices, when trying to use the camera for video calls. Few of our users were able to fix the issue by disabling the IR camera device in Device Manager. Let me help you with
    the steps:

    1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
      Device Manager.
    2. Expand Camera.
    3. Right click on the IR camera device and select
      Disable device.
    4. If prompted for restart, restart the computer.

    Let us know the results, we will be glad to help you further.

    Regards,

    I'm trying to locate a image that I viewed on chrome

    I've tried the utility and I can't seem to get it to work, in Google Chrome, then access about:cache and I get all the hex numbers, I tried copying them and then posting them in the website that you suggested, I don't get anything. Sometimes it opens and just says searching and it stays that way for what seems like 30 minutes to an hour and then I just cut it off.If anyone uses this program and is willing to give me a six step by step I'd be more than happy to try to get it to work. I've also tried another chrome cache viewer called imagechacheviewer and that was also unable to work. The example it shows on one of the pages for one of these utilities was thec cache are listed above and as you click on them if there is an image it shows up on the bottom I couldn't get that to work either at the moment I don't have that page open so I don't know exactly which one of those two utilities it is but both of them having problems with anyone could help I'd appreciate it

    Google Chrome access

    I can no longer access Google Chrome (Windows 10). I had access to Chrome up until about a week ago. I think this happened when I updated recently, but am not sure. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. Nothing. I've followed lots of suggested
    steps. Nothing. I can't open it, find it, install it, reinstall it. Any advice?
