  1. possibe bug after fixing 3rd party printer problem with Windows 10 v2004

After spending so many hours in trying to fix the non-printing problem caused by windows 10 v2004 update, I finally rollbacked to v.1909. However the problem with v.2004 was the KB4560960 not being able to be uninstalled from the Program & Features web page. Then when the problem was fixed by Microsoft's engineers, I decided to update back to v2004 and I deleted KB4557957 - also supposedly another inhibitor to 3rd party printer being able to work.

NOW the problem is an update for KB4557957 is listed again in the Updates to be installed and also KB4552925 .Net Framework available for update - so there does not appear to be any way to selectively remove updates that have caused prior problems.

So is Microsoft aware of this dilemma/bug and can it be solved?

    :)
