  1. Possible compatibility problem with Win10 built 17134 and Nvidia drivers

Dear support, since end of June I'm facing problem of compatibility with Win10 version 10.0.134 and Nvidia drivers. I run Aorus X7V4 with Intel core i7-5850. and 2 Nvidia GTX 970M with the lasts available driver. suddenly my laptop was like frozen, was working since fans were running but screen was blocked. I couldn't do anything. I restarted but again nothing. I tried to go back to manufacturer version / reinstalling windows 8 and the original driver (348.10), then upgrade to win10, from official Microsoft site. I noted serious problems with few second delays between typing or mouse movement or in any case windows automatically upgrade Nvidia drivers to 382.05 of 01/05/2017 and after few minutes screen turns black, so I'm obliged to start in safe mode, disable Nvidia drivers and restart. After few days that I tried to contact Microsoft support and try to search for malwares, did a fresh installation of win10 following the suggested procedure, was somehow able to use of a couple of days but with the 2 GPU disabled. yesterday (after days of not using the laptop) was not able again since at the start, I noted under driver manager that automatically the latest Nvidia driver (398.11 of June 2018) were installed and indeed after few moment, again screen frozen, but laptop works since was listening to music... To make the long story short, yesterday after few restart here in picture the situation. I want to add that the laptop was not connected to internet, so I don-t understand how new drivers are installed. once more in Safe mode I disable both drivers, but when restart the situation now that only ! GPU has been installed, the other it ask me to restart the computer (Code error n. 14). I fear to restart since at present it works and I'm able at least to write this post.

    NVIDIA DRIVER 307.83

    The issue still the same.

I went to NVIDIA Web site and they suggested to download a new driver

GE force 353.62. I was able to downloaded but was not able to install it due to:

"NVIDIA Installer cannot continue this graphic driver could not find compatible graphic hardware"

I don't know what to do anymore

    Any other suggestion?

Possible NVIDIA Driver Freezing (With no NVIDIA card)

No...Steam games would never install GPU drivers. Go ahead and uninstall all the Nvidia stuff. Unless your brother once put an Nvidia card in there, which is the only possible scenario that I can think of, then there's no reason those drivers should be on your computer.
