Windows 10: Possible issue with GPU/VRAM but unable to identify the specific cause of PC crashes under load

I am experiencing consistent crashes and GPU ASUS TUF 4070ti instability, primarily while gaming, leading to DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION 0x133 errors. The crashes are always related to nvlddmkm.sys NVIDIA display driver and occur across multiple games.The symptoms always follow the same pattern:Both my monitors lose signal and turn offSome game sounds, music etc continue to playControl input is lost i.e. keyboard commands or mouse clicks don't generate any actions in the game - it's frozenPC restarts after 30 secondsAdditionally, VRAM stress tests using MemTestCL consistently detect memory er

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

 

Windows crashing during wakup possibly due to an Intel GPU issues

Hi all,

Got a Intel NUC 13 Extreme with a Nvidia RTX 4060 TI GPU installed.

I utilise both onboard Intel GPU and the 4060 so I have 5 displays connected.

The PC functions great but it has been crashing / rebooting during sleep, or, possibly when it's waking up.

Haven't had a chance to trouble shoot until recently so I've just put up with it until now.

I've now done a fresh OS install from scratch, and still having the issue.

I've checked the dump file and it seems to point to a GPU issue.

So I've disabled the Intel GPU before walking away from the PC and this round the PC stayed alive!\

I've had this issue for quite some time (~7 months) and do keep my drivers up-to-date so don't think it's an issue with the most recent drivers.

Any suggestion on what may be causing this or a possible fix?

(Not looking for generic SFC / DDU suggestions as I've gone through most of these troubleshooting steps).
