  2. After Installing VmWare Razer Cynosa V2 Is Showning As HID-Keyboard In Device Manager And Not Working When Synapse Is Opened

Hello! My name is Cristiano. I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you.

If I understood, your Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard is not working after installing VMware, and it is showing up as an HID keyboard in the device manager. This could be due to compatibility issues between VMware and the Razer keyboard drivers.

Here are a few steps you can try to fix this issue:

    1. Update VMware to the latest version: Make sure that you are running the latest version of VMware on your computer. You can check for updates by going to the VMware website.

    2. Update Razer Synapse: Make sure that you have the latest version of Razer Synapse installed on your computer. You can download the latest version from the Razer website.

    3. Uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse: Try uninstalling Razer Synapse from your computer and then reinstalling it. This can sometimes fix compatibility issues between Razer Synapse and other software.

    4. Install Razer keyboard drivers manually: If the above steps don't work, try installing the Razer keyboard drivers manually. You can download the drivers from the Razer website and then install them on your computer.

    5. Contact Razer support: If none of the above steps work, you can contact Razer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or a solution to your problem.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
