Windows 10: Possible left-click mouse glitch

So I was trying to open an image that arrived in my desktop messenger app. And for stupid reasons I was clicking it repeatedly, you know, when something doesn't work, click it like a maniac!So I noticed that it tried to open the image, but, then closed it immediately. And this behaviour continued on. I tried to double click it patiently, but since then, it would open, and close faster then I could press anything. And I thought it was a Messenger glitch, so I tried to shut down the app using task manager. But, then I noticed the same behaviour as before. Left-click, opens a menu, and closes imm

Because i can't find any decent wireless mouse for left handers since...i can't remember can anyone suggest anything?

Not for gaming.
