Windows 10: Possible Memory Leak?

So I've been running into an issue for quite some time, I've noticed that my non paged pool at times seems way too high. Sometimes a restart fixes this issue but other times it doesn't. From what I have gathered this is most likely a network driver, however I have already updated the drivers by both checking through Device Manager and through Armoury Crate the software that supports my motherboard-ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus Wifi. What else can I do to pinpoint the issue and resolve it? I've done virus scans, spent countless hours looking through different material and frankly I'm stumped on t
