  1. Possible MS Scam

Whilst on the internet today, my wife had a new page open with a message, allegedly from Microsoft, reporting that she had a Trojan. She was offered three choices: 1. Go back safely. 2. Get support. 3. Phone 02081448164. I dialled it, but became suspicious when I was directed to www.oty.com and ended the call. I ran a scan of the laptop and it came up clean. I've tried to contact MS about this, but as I gather you're all aware, it is a labyrinthine nightmare. Has anyone previous knowledge of something like this?

    :)
